after receiving your order confirmation email. . Some orders may take several days as I make everything on a small scale. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped

Any delays caused by the postal service are out of our control once the package has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

*We do not ship to Quebec at this time due to their different labeling rules and  tax laws.

Local delivery

Cochrane

Free local delivery within Cochrane is available for orders over $25.

For orders under $24.99, we charge $5 for local Cochrane delivery.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Canmore

Free local delivery within Canmore is available on orders over $45.00.

For orders under 44.99 we charge $10 for local Canmore delivery.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Banff

Free local delivery within Banff is available on orders over $50.00.

For order under 49.99 we charge $15 for local Banff Delivery

Deliveries are made from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Calgary

Free local delivery within Calgary city limits is available on orders over $50.00.

For order under 49.99 we charge $15 for local Calgary Delivery

In-store pickup

Unfortunately our store does not offer in store pick up at this time. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at softandsudsysoaps@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
